Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Loomstrat Analytics website and platform (the “Service”), operated by Loomstrat Analytics. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the agency or organization you represent.

2. The Service

Loomstrat provides ad performance reporting, CRM-based attribution, rule-based automation for connected ad accounts, campaign building, and white-label client reporting for marketing agencies. Features and integrations may be added, changed, or removed over time.

3. Accounts and connected platforms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activity under your account, including changes made through automation rules you configure. You represent that you have the authority to connect any ad account, CRM, or other third-party service to the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or a connected ad platform’s terms of service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another customer’s workspace, client portal, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the underlying Service outside of the client portal features provided for that purpose.

5. Automation and campaign changes

Automation rules you configure act on your connected ad accounts based on the conditions and approval settings you choose. You are responsible for reviewing rule configurations and any approval requests before they take effect. Loomstrat is not responsible for outcomes resulting from rules you configured or approved.

6. Billing

Pricing is provided on a custom-quote basis and set out in your order form or agreement with us. The in-platform billing module tracks invoice status for your own clients and does not process payments on our behalf or yours.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a security or legal risk to the Service or other customers.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as expressly set out in a signed agreement between you and us.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loomstrat Analytics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement between you and us.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
